Safe reporting
Do not include passwords, access keys, personal data or real user records in an initial report. Where possible, include the product/version, affected environment and reproduction steps.
Data requests
Personal-data requests are forwarded to the relevant customer organisation. Identity verification, final assessment and response remain the organisation’s responsibility.
Incident notice
Gokbilge will notify the relevant customer organisation without undue delay and, on a best-effort basis, no later than 24 hours after becoming aware of a security incident.
